What we care about, written as things we can actually be held to.
Transparency
We publish the things that are inconvenient for us. A listing carries its repost history whether or not that flatters the employer who posted it, and we say plainly what we do and do not check. Where we cannot back a claim up, we do not make it.
Candidate-first
Listing tiers change how prominent a role is. They never change whether an employer can see a candidate's real details, and they never buy a listing out of its own history. Employers do pay to search CVs — but no amount of money surfaces a candidate who has not opted in, we never charge candidates for anything, and turning yourself off is free and takes effect at once.
Move fast, stay honest
We are small and we ship quickly, which means some things are unfinished at any given moment. We would rather tell you what is missing than describe a feature we have not built yet.
